This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?

i almost thought about giving casa harb a good review, but it just woudl ve been too easy. no one was around when i needed help, and my sliding door didn’t even lock properly. i mean, for a ‘boutique’ hotel, i expected at least a complimentary drink or something—next time, i guess i'll aim lower.

I had a dreadful experience at Casa Harb Hotel Boutique. Additionally, staff were severely understaffed. there were times when no one was available at the front desk to assist me, which left me feeling frustrated and ignored. To top it all off, room service required a reservation, which I found incredibly inconvenient given the hotel's isolated location.

I was completely blown away by the unique decor and the delicious meals. the outdoor shower was such a bonus! However, sometimes the breakfast choices felt a bit limited. I'd definitely stay here again!

casa harb hotel boutique is such a relaxing place! the location is quiet yet only a five-minute taxi ride to great restaurants. the staff was amazing—they helped us call taxis anytime we needed. the elegant outdoor swimming pool added to the ambiance, allowing us to unwind fully during our stay.
